The Colombo Medic Box is a complete set for the treatment of wounds and ulcers on koi and other pond fish. Adequate treatment of wounds on pond fish is essential for a good and quick recovery. If a wound is left untreated, it may become infected, necessitating a further treatment with antibiotics. The Colombo Medic Box contains a dropper bottle with anaesthetic, hydrogen peroxide for wound disinfection, Colombo Propolis wound spray, cotton buds and gloves.
Short Instructions For Use:
Dissolve the anaesthetic in a bowl with pond water and put in the fish. As soon as the fish is completely anaesthetised, remove it from the water and put it on a wet towel. Clean the wound thoroughly with the hydrogen peroxide and nourish the wound with the wound spray. Subsequently return the fish to the pond.
Observe the fish until it is completely recovered.

Colombo Wound Spray consists of a concentrated propolis extract. Propolis is a 100% natural product produced by bees. Propolis is a rich source of many herbs with a medicinal effect and vegetable products collected by bees from nature. This is why propolis has strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal characteristics. Colombo Propolis Wound Spray has good adhesion to tissue but is not water soluble, this means it will stay on the wound for a long period of time providing protection for the wound against re-infection with bacteria and fungus.

Colombo Sedation Liquid consists of 100% natural clove oil and is intended for the mild sedation of ornamental fish.
With no negative side effects, it is safe to use when used correctly and the fish quickly recover.
Colombo Wound Clean – 50ml
Colombo Wound Clean consists of a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution which is a powerful anti-septic for fish wounds.
It will disinfect the wound, and remove dead tissue, and completely sterilise ulcers (essential for a quick and speedy recovery).
